Cask Ales

Bishop Nick Ridleys Rite
GOLD Champion Beer of East Anglia (Bitters) 2019 & 2020
CHAMPION BEER OF BRITAIN 2017 – SILVER Supreme Champion
The Ridley family knows what Essex wants when it comes to good, honest session beer, so get your taste buds around this classic beauty. English Fuggles and Goldings do a sterling job of balancing crystal and pale ale malts, working their hops off for a floral aroma and a satisfying bitterness that is subtle but, like us, in it for the long haul.

Timothy Taylor Golden Best
Timothy Taylor's Golden Best is a traditional English cask ale known for its bright, golden color and approachable flavor. It is a light, smooth ale with gentle malt sweetness, subtle hops, and a clean, refreshing finish. The beer is available in various formats, including a recipe kit for home brewing enthusiasts. It has been a popular choice in pubs across the region and is celebrated for its balance and smoothness.

Brentwood Legacy (Gluten Free)
Brentwood Legacy is a bitter, slightly sweet ale with a light hoppy finish, available in Polypins and gluten-free. It is part of Brentwood Brewing Company's offerings and is known for its easy drinking qualities. The beer has received positive ratings from various beer enthusiasts, indicating its popularity and quality.
Guest Ale

Bishop Nick Noel
Noel blazes amber in the glass – bold, rich and warming.
Chocolate and crystal malts load up roasted nuts, coffee and toffee sweetness, while a hit of Pale Ale malt keeps it smooth and steady. British hops cut through with a spiced edge, keeping it balanced and dangerously drinkable. At 4%, it’s all flavour, no fuss – the ale built for long winter nights.

Brentwood Brewery Santas Sack
Craft Ale

Beavertown Neck Oil
Beavertown Neck Oil Session IPA is a 4.3% ABV craft beer with a light, zingy taste and a pale yellow colour. It balances fresh lemon and kiwi flavours with mild hops and a hint of caramel. Named after founder Logan's grandad, who loved to "oil his neck" with a pint.
